Give it the full 90 days. Most people who stop do so in the third or fourth week, which is too early to judge a daily Ayurvedic course. Individual results may vary.

Uria is taken after meals, with water, and none of its seven ingredients is a laxative herb. If anything feels wrong, stop taking it and consult a physician.

For best results, reduce animal protein, such as mutton and seafood, and alcohol while you take Uria.
