Deliv Capsules

Deliv is written as a ninety-day course, and the label says so for a reason. What people tell us they notice first is quiet — meals sitting lighter, less of that pressed, full feeling after dinner — and the steadier afternoons tend to come later, into the second month. Take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner, and give it the full ninety days before you judge it. Individual results vary.

A fair question, and we'd rather answer it plainly than talk you round. Ayurveda works by accumulation, not by a switch — one month is a third of the course, and the changes people report are gradual rather than dramatic. Keep the routine going, after meals, through all ninety days. If nothing has shifted for you by the end of the course, write to us — we'd genuinely rather know.

Eleven actives, 500 mg in every capsule, with each milligram printed on the carton and on this page. Nine are classical herbs — Kalmegh, Bhumi Amla, Kasani, Sarfooka, Bhring raj, Mako, Mai, Vavring and Pipal Chotti — and two are classical A.F.I. preparations: Arogya Vardhni Ras at 75 mg and Mandoor Bhasam at 50 mg. Nothing is held back. What's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Deliv is made to sit alongside the care you're already under, never to replace it. If you take prescription medication, show the carton to your physician and start on their word. Keep your regular check-ups exactly as they are.

Deliv is a traditional formulation taken after meals with water, and taken that way it sits easily with most people. A few notice their digestion feeling a little different in the first week as the body settles into a new routine. If anything doesn't feel right for you, stop and speak to your physician.

Not for children, and not while you're pregnant or breastfeeding. If you're under a physician's care for anything ongoing, or you've been advised to watch your iron intake, ask them before you begin — Mandoor Bhasam is a classical iron-bearing preparation and they should know it's there. When in doubt, the carton has the full list; take it with you.

Ninety days is a complete course, so finishing it is a real finishing point, not a subscription you're stuck in. Some people stop there, and some come back and repeat the course a while later. See how you feel at the end of the course and decide with your physician — there's no compulsion either way.
