Rajinder Dhamija is the third-generation owner and founder of the modern Dharishah Ayurveda entity, which he established in Ambala Cantt, Haryana, in 1996. He represents the third generation of the Dhamija family's continuous practice of Ayurveda, a lineage that traces back to H. Dhari Shah Pharmacy, founded in 1889 by his grandfather Hakim Dhari Shah in pre-Partition India. Under his leadership, the brand expanded from a traditional compounding pharmacy into a GMP-certified manufacturer of Ayurvedic medicines under AYUSH licence ISM 15 (Haryana).

Dr. Shashi Longia is the Technical Expert overseeing Dharishah Ayurveda's manufacturing unit, where she ensures every formulation meets the standards of classical Ayurveda and modern pharmaceutical practice. With 33 years of clinical experience, she brings a rare combination of bedside understanding and manufacturing-floor rigour to the brand.

She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Shree Lakshmi Narayan Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Amritsar — an NCISM-approved institution affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University, established in 1972. She is registered with the Council of Indian Medicine, Haryana (Registration No. 19678), publicly verifiable through the CIMHRY register.

Beyond the clinic and the manufacturing floor, Dr. Longia currently serves as a Municipal Councillor representing Ward No. 31 of the Ambala Municipal Corporation, and is a former District Council Member — roles that reflect a sustained commitment to public service and community health. She consults patients in Hindi, English, and Punjabi.

Dr. AK Longia is the Consulting Ayurvedic Physician (Panchakarma) for Dharishah Ayurveda. With 36 years of unbroken clinical practice, he brings deep Panchakarma expertise — Ayurveda's classical detoxification and rejuvenation system — to every Dharishah formulation that draws on therapeutic Ayurvedic principles.

He completed his Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Shri Krishna Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Kurukshetra — a government institution established in 1972, affiliated with Shri Krishna AYUSH University and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicines (CCIM). He is registered with the Council of Indian Medicine, Haryana (Registration No. 18985), publicly verifiable through the CIMHRY register.

Since 1990, Dr. Longia has practised at Longia Healthcare and Ayurvedic Centre and the Longia Ayurved & Panchkarma Centre in Ambala Cantt — a husband-and-wife practice run alongside Dr. Shashi Longia. He is a Life Member of the National Integrated Medical Association (N.I.M.A.) Haryana and is listed in the association's official Ambala Cantt branch directory. He consults patients in Hindi and English.
